Direct Deposit Payroll

Our electronic payroll deposit program makes paying your employees faster, Payroll more efficient, and less expensive. It is designed to benefit your company as well as your employees, making pay day virtually hassle free. With this program, you are in complete control of your payroll activity.

The time you spend reconciling payroll checks against your monthly statement will be significantly reduced. Numerous checks drawn on the payroll account will be replaced by one electronic debit per pay period. You may even find that a separate payroll account is unnecessary, saving you money on monthly service fees assessed for maintaining the account.

With two methods of payroll transmission available, you may choose which will be most effective for your business. Both methods allow you to transmit your payroll information 24 hours a day. And with multi-level password protection, the technology provides a secure way to pay your employees.

Your employees can have their pay deposited in up to 10 different accounts or institutions. Employees who choose to have their pay deposited at Byron Bank can take advantage of a special program for Electronic Payroll Deposit participants. The costs involved with direct deposit payroll are as follows:

Telephone banking is an easy, convenient service. It is available 24 hours a day. You can check balances, transfer money from one account to another, check on current interest rates, and more, all by using your touch tone phone.

Merchant Bank Card Services

Merchant Bank card and Point of Sale Processing helps you keep a competitive edge by offering the latest in today's technology. This service provides your customers with the convenience they desire.

Safety Deposit Boxes

For all your important documents, Byron Bank offers safety deposit boxes. An automatic payment feature is available.

Night Deposits

If you need to do your banking after hours, Byron Bank offers night deposits. Transactions are processed and recorded on the morning of the next business day. A receipt is sent to you to confirm that the payment or deposit has been received.

Domestic and Foreign Wires

For those instances when a wire transfer is needed, Byron Bank makes it easy. Funds are available to the receiver quickly and efficiently. A service charge of $20 is applied for each outgoing domestic wire and $10 for incoming. A fee of $40 will be assessed for International cables.

Bank-By-Mail

This service is available to anyone who would like to make a mortgage or installment loan payment, club payment, or would like to deposit money into their checking or savings accounts through the mail. A receipt is sent to confirm that the money has been received. There is no charge for this service.

One-Write Checking System

Discover a system that allows you to write your checks and do your bookkeeping with the same stroke of the pen. As you write the check, you complete the bookkeeping entries, saving time and avoiding errors. There are a variety of one-write systems available for all accounting functions and different types of businesses.

Positive Pay

The customer provides Byron Bank with all check information at the time of issue. As the checks come in for payment, the system compares each item to the issued list and identifies any exceptions.

Outstanding Check Report

This program reads a file the customer sends to Byron Bank containing checks issued the prior month and compares that file with the checks that have cleared the customer’s account. A report is then created listing any checks that are still outstanding.

Business Debit Cards

The Business Debit Card allows access to funds in small businesses’ demand deposit accounts, and is widely accepted compared to checks. This card provides better tracking of small business expenses, and additional cards can be requested for authorized employees.

Business Deposit Only ATM Card

The Deposit Only ATM card can be issued to multiple employees of a business for the purpose of making ATM deposits. This card restricts balance inquiry and withdrawal functions to protect the privacy of the business customer account.
